Terms of Service

The service

Kenzi Mail organizes recent Gmail activity, displays downloadable attachments, highlights possible next actions, allows users to mark messages as read, and can generate editable reply drafts. Classifications, summaries, priorities, and generated drafts are productivity aids and may be incomplete or incorrect.

Accounts and authorization

• Users may connect only Google accounts they are authorized to access.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their sign-in methods and devices.
• Google authorization may be revoked at any time through Google Account settings.
• Kenzi may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service protection.

User control and responsibility

Kenzi Mail does not automatically send generated drafts. Users must review the source email, verify all facts and commitments, edit the draft as needed, and send it through their own email workflow. Users remain responsible for communications and actions taken using information from the service.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, access another person's data without permission, interfere with security controls, reverse engineer protected service components, or use Kenzi Mail in violation of applicable law, Google policies, or third-party rights.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Kenzi works to maintain reliable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect categorization, or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kenzi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, reliance on generated content, or interruptions outside Kenzi's reasonable control.

Privacy, changes, and contact
