Gmail inbox intelligence
Kenzi Mail
Kenzi Mail is a user-controlled Gmail productivity dashboard that organizes recent inbox activity into meetings, tasks, customer requests, support tickets, unread messages, and important follow-ups so users can see what needs attention and decide what to do next.
What Kenzi Mail does
Groups messages by business purpose and keeps uncertain messages visible instead of silently filtering them out.
Highlights priority, deadlines, unread status, and a concise recommended follow-up for each message.
Users explicitly connect Gmail, download listed attachments, trigger refreshes, mark messages as read, and review every generated reply before sending it themselves.
Google permissions
Kenzi Mail requests Gmail access so it can read recent inbox metadata and previews, show message labels and attachment details, download a selected attachment, and remove the unread label only when the user selects Mark as read. It does not automatically send email.
Data-use commitment
Google user data is used only to provide the visible inbox-productivity features requested by the user. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to build generalized advertising profiles.
